Kelly Trinkle, a Silver City native, is an energetic and outgoing soul that brings the party with her wherever she goes. 

 

Trinkle graduated from The Aveda Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She soon returned to Silver City to bring her expertise to her hometown. She is well immersed in the beauty scene and staying current with all new trends and highest quality products and services.

 

After working in other salons she realized that there was a need for a strong role model, taking the leap and added ‘Small Business Owner’ to her list of accolades. 

 

In 2009 Kelly opened Curl Up & Dye Salon, a full service salon, in Downtown Silver City. She worked full time as the owner as well as a cosmetologist mentoring and building up her team of successful cosmetologists. 

 

After many successful years of mentoring and teaching she has decided to pursue her newest adventure—Off College Institute of Cosmetology (OCIC). 

 

Trinke owns and operates OCIC where she enjoys small class sizes with hands on learning preparing the next generation of cosmetologists, nail techs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners.
